Political statement by the National Parliament of West Papua

Political statement by the National Parliament of West Papua
Guided by the UN General Assembly of the United Nations resolution 1514 members and the UN have recognized the Granting of Independence to the people and the colonies.

Guided by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in 1960 has demonstrated its commitment to give Independence for West Papua region.
Asserted that the agreement signed by the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Indonesian government known as the New York August 15, 1962 guarantees the exercise of the right of self-determination of the people of West Papua in a fair and dignified
Confirms that the implementation of Plebiscite or Free Choice Act Of 1969 was illegal and fraudulent, enforcement under threat of violence or death, not democratic, and not carried out under international guidelines and international practice.
That confirms that the United Nations had been negligent and failed to respect, promote and fulfill the exercise of the right of self-determination of the people of West Papua in the implementation of the New York Agreement of 1962.
Asserted that the people of West Papua has the right to self-determination, because this right has not been implemented for the people of West Papua in a fair and dignified in accordance with the principles of international law, standards of Human Rights and the UN Charter.
Asserted that the occupation of the State of Indonesia in West Papua region is as State colonizers and that West Papua has been colonized for 51 years with brutality and no thought for human dignity.
So with this stating that;
1. We the People of West Papua has the right to self-determination in a fair and dignified in accordance with the principles of international law, standards of human rights and the UN Charter.
2. We the People of West Papua had the right to boycott the Indonesian Presidential election as a referendum and choose West Papua solution for problems in a fair and dignified manner.
3. Deliver thank you to the people of West Papua who have shown their political attitude and commitment to continue to fight for the right of self-determination by boycotting the election of the President of Indonesia in West Papua.
4. Actions of the Boycott showed 50% of people of West Papua are not voted in the election for the President of Indonesia. 50% of the pro-Indonesian presidential election consists of 20% indigenous people of West Papua who are employees of the government of Indonesia in West Papua and 30% the rest are Indonesian or Indonesian migrants in West Papua. From the calculation of this figure directing that 80% of the people of West Papua boycotted the election and chose Referendum as the most peaceful and best solution for West Papua to resolve the issue in a fair and dignified manner.
5. We like to thank the National Committee of West Papua (KNPB) in which the struggle of the people of West Papua IS mediated peacefully as executor in a peaceful rally to boycott election of the President of Indonesia in West Papua.
6. We like to thank the Regional Parliament (PRD) as political representative of the container area as the responsible political struggle of the people of West Papua in a peaceful way on the Indonesian Presidential Election Boycott action in West Papua
7. We express gratitude to the Free West Papua Campaign as container for the international struggle for West Papua which has been campaigning, in an international lobby to increase international attention to West Papua and in charge of the action Boycott Presidential election of Indonesia at the International level.
8. We express gratitude to military struggle that has been supporting West Papua Boycott Indonesian presidential election, so that political action to Boycott has increased sharply.
9. We also like to thank the international community has shared with us in action boycott Indonesian Presidential election.
10. The People of West Papua action boycotted the Indonesian presidential elections peacefully, but the Indonesian military and police continue to make threats, intimidation, terror, and arrest the activists from the Free Papua KNPB. All rights to the people of West Papua to claim our freedom in peace and dignity.
