Jayapura, 14 November 2013. Indonesia-made Millitant, tortured 4 activists of KNPB in Jayapura skinned and bruised. Two of them ran, bleeding heavily to hospital and the others, their head bones had beaten up until the bones of the head could be seen. Naman kogaya (27), 46 sewings and Tines Tabuni (25) 18 sewings and they bled havily. They are still in the hospital to be treated. It happened since Yesterday, November 13, 2013 at 19.30 P.M at Abe-Sentani street, lake Sentani, second bridge near one of the village, the border of Japapura city.
The four activists used a car, Avanza from
Jayapura to Sentani to deliver the invitation letters to the people in Sentani
area. On the way to Sentani, they were blocked by a group of people holding
beam hit the wing mirrors. Tines Tabuni dropped down from the car and the
others two, Naman Kogoya and Lewa followed. He asked “ why did you break the
wing mirrors”? One of the drinking man came over from the back and hitting
Tines using a beam.
The
reason he started beating was, they are the activists of free movement of West
Papua. All the people there came over and surrounded those three activists and
started beating until they were skinned and bruised.
While beating those three activists, the voices
came out from the people was; kill them, they are the activist of Free West
Papua Movement, which always make this city messy. The people said, these guys
are the member of KNPB so kill them! They all surrounded those three activists
and beat them badly. And one of them, Edi Wenda started to save the car but
they already blocked the road and hit the car until it is totally in need of
repair. These are the lists of the victims;

4. Lewa Wandikbo,
and one car The event took for two hours and
the police officers came to handle it. The police officers arrested three
people, and later the famility of victims came to the place to see the victims.
However, the police officers handled them already before them so they were
taken to police office, Kampung Harapan. However, it was dark and they called
to fix it for tomorrow on Thursday, 14, 2013 today at the same time police
office at 10.00 a.m. the board members of KNPB and the family of the victims
went to find out why it happens because it seems, there is somebody behind the
screen.
Indonesia alredy formed militant to play one
against another of Papuans themselve starting now under colonial power of the
Indonesia. It is starting now. For the firs time,when the alliance students
under the GEMPAR doing a rally, Refusing Plus Special Otonomy, from government
office. However, militant Indonesia were facilitated by chairaman of Police
Officers, and the Miliatry head of Indonesia came to block them.
The rally was threatening by this kind of
people, and a coordinator has been threatened by this kind of people. Finally
the rally scattered because the governor. Lukas Enembe and head of Armed Forces
both police officer and military prepared them with all equipment such as
pistol, slingshot and they each had been paid for 1.000.000 Rupiahs.
Militant
wich is form of Indonesia, not only expression but also action that is
happening in Jayapura now. They are formed to threaten and to play against one
another between the people of West Papua themselves.
This organization is formed by some
organizations. There are Armed Forces of Indonesia, Police and Military, the
organization under the of Red and White, Organization of society of Republic
Indonesia, and Organization of Society customary. The Indoneisia recruts all
many kinds of people such as the tribal leaders, every village they take 50 to
100 people and they are paid to do it by Indonesia. They all have equipments
and they have permanent secretary for meeting. They work that they do is to
monitor all the activists of West Papua. They also become informan every dorm,
offices, university to intimidate with all the activists. All these are done by
Rebublic of Indonesia to block and to make conflic horizontally. (nesta, ngss) )
